Directions to our Practice

Directions from the North:

  • From I 95 (Maine Turnpike) take exit 45 (Maine Mall Rd.).
  • After the toll, take the Scarborough/Old Orchard Beach exit. This will merge onto Route One South.
  • After merging onto Route One, go to the 7th set of traffic c lights (1.6 mi) and make a left and then a quick right into Southpointe Professional Park.
  • We are located in the front of the building, facing Route One, directly in front of the large Southpointe Sign, Building B North.

Directions from the South:

  • From I 95 (Maine Turnpike) take the Scarborough Exit 42.
  • After the toll, go straight through the traffic lights onto Haigis Parkway.
  • At the next traffic light, take a left onto Route One North.
  • Go to the third traffic light and take a right and then a quick right again into Southpointe Professional Park.
  • We are located in the front of the building, facing Route One, directly in front of the large Southpointe Sign, Building B North.
